The mantle is beautiful. But the best part is the level of service the company provides. We had a tricky installation and needed some extra trim. Michael sent us the pieces we needed and only charged for shipping. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.

Just TOTALLY AMAZING, FREAKIN AWESOME DESIGNS/ARTWORK MADE HERE....!!! I instantly became obsessed with the work they do here..! Super unique & definitely one of a kind art that kinda reminds me of like sacred geometry & beautiful geometric/abstract like patterns.! I hear they're actually a good place to work at as well..!! (Which is how I came to discover them & their artwork).

I purchased a fireplace mantel from them a few years ago and loved the quality, design, and beauty of the mantel I received. I never installed it, but stacked the pieces in place with intent to install after some house renovations. Recently, my contractor accidentally dropped and broke my mantel shelf. I thought I could just order a new shelf but it turned out that my particular marble was no longer available. Mantelcraft bent over backwards to help me find a suitable top shelf to match my existing mantel. They sent me multiple shipments of marble samples at no cost to me and did everything they could to help me. I ended up choosing to replace the entire mantel and look forward to receiving my new one soon. They are a great company and I highly recommend their products!

Custom sizing is not entirely custom. My order was cancelled because the custom mantel couldn’t be made to fit a narrow wall, and minimum mantel widths were not indicated on the website. I’m sorry that I won’t get to have a Mantel Craft mantel, but potential buyers should be aware of custom sizing limitations if you have a narrow fireplace.
