We had a wonderful experience with Majestic! Ben was very welcoming, informative and patient, answering all our questions. He helped us design a gas log setup specific to us. No high-pressure tactics from this professional! We finally selected the Hargrove Woodland Timbers. Installation was a breeze. The scheduler was very pleasant and accommodating. Our installer, Wally couldn't have been better. Very professional and personable. He went out of his way to make certain that we understood how to work everything. Our new gas log setup exceeds our expectations in looks and performance. We now use our fireplace every night.

This was my second experience with Majestic. Ben is the best, extremely helpful and the nicest to deal with. Everyone is wonderful and easy to work with but Ben goes above and beyond. I would not go anywhere else, we built a new house and he helped with the correct wood burning fireplace for the house. He even made Hot Chocolate. I love this place.

Great company to work with! We had a new custom fireplace screen & door assembly Installed to replace our old fireplace doors. Ben was very helpful with selection of materials and finalizing a template, and Anthony was a delight to interact with while he installed the final product. Looks great!

Salesman Ben was knowledgeable of the products in the showroom, patient with my many questions, available by text too. He made a home visit to ensure I was measuring correctly and scheduled at my convenience. The installation team - Brian and Paul showed up on time actually a little early which was fine. They put their protective shoe covers on when they first came in to look at the distance between the front door and the wood burning fireplace being converted. They explained they would go out and retrieve drop cloths and placed them from the entrance all the way to the fireplace and then they would bring in their tools. They gave me an explanation of everything they were doing. Gave me an excellent demonstration on how to use the remote control. Could not be happier with the work performed, and the price paid for the conversion!! Big thank you to the team & WELL DONE!
