  I walked in with no appointment and Charlie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It is getting more and more rare finding an establishment with such high end customer service. I’m sure Charlie has been there for a long while and it’s definitely evident why. It was the 1st dealership I had visited and Charlie was extremely patient and understanding. He was more than happy to answer all my questions, and I had a ton of them! He was kind enough to show me several different models that would fit my criteria, and went further by taking the time to write estimates for each one! If we do proceed with the project we will no doubt be using Main Street and Charlie!!!

  We purchased a wood burning stove from Main Street Stove and Fireplace. We were having difficulty regulating the temperature. We've had a word burning stove for many years prior to this purchase so we're familiar with the stove. When we called them to ask for assistance with this, my husband was told to read the manual! We had read the manual thoroughly. Their customer service is quite lacking.

  Charlie and the team at Main Street Stove & Fireplace are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient and responsive! I was shopping for a high efficiency wood burning fireplace for a few years and as soon as I walked into the store, I could tell this is the right place. I purchased the QuadraFire Pioneer II and it heats the entire house (2,000 sq ft) with some help from small floor fans to move the heat around. They had a ton of fireplaces out on display along with stone, mantle and hearth options. I had a ton of questions and Charlie was very patient with each of them throughout the whole process from delivery time to installation and follow up questions. Once I got the stove installed do yourself a favor and if you’re in the market for a new stove definitely put Main Street on your list.

  I worked with Victoria and the team and had a phenomenal experience with purchasing an appropriately sized, rebate qualifying pellet stove insert for my home. The entire process from pre-purchase to installation went very smooth and I never had any concerns working with their team. Honest and professional. Their installer Tim did an excellent job. As a first time user of anything fireplace related I was nervous on the first burn but after letting the unit run it's first few hours and monitoring it - no smoke in the house, no co2 alarms, no causes for concern - I could tell the installation was perfect which gave me the comfort to run the unit thru the overnight and sleep without any concerns.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Main Street Fireplace. I purchased both a Mendota fireplace and a custom linear fireplace, and from start to finish, the team was outstanding. The showroom is beautiful, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the selection process. The installation was seamless and done with precision — special shout out to Frank, who did an amazing job leading the install. And a big thank you to Victoria for her outstanding service support — always responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. What really sets this business apart is the combination of quality products, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!
