I can"t say enough to express what a fantastic job these people have done! The quality of workmanship is just as fine as the customer service! Congratulations for being excellent!

I am new to Pittsburgh and found Magnotto and Sons on Google. I could not be happier with their work. Cathy was great, helping me pick a slab. Jake Magnotti came out and measured and the installers were punctual, polite and skilled. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Borderline laughable "customer service" from the manager/business. I spoke to an associate on the phone about purchasing some irregular natural stone to use on a small garden step stone project, who told me that they have plenty of options and I would be able to pick from stones and pay based on their square footage. Upon arriving later that same day, I watched a large bald man sit in his office playing on his phone, while I waited at the counter for a solid minute, before coming over and asking me what I needed. I told him that I spoke to an employee this morning and wanted to purchase a few Idaho courts pavers -- and since I only needed less than a dozen stones, I would need to ensure I'm getting pieces of stone that are big enough to step on. He proceeds to tell me that customers have no choice in picking which stones meet their need from the pallet and his guys would give you whatever pieces they wanted to off of the pallet. Thinking he was joking, I told him that might work as long as I'm not getting shards of stone when I only needed a few decent size pavers. This guy actually goes as far to pull off a small fragment of stone from the pallet and tells me "this is what you'd get," whether I like it or not. At this point, I realize he was not joking -- and obviously walked out. Trying to help a local business instead of a big box garden center was a mistake in this instance.

My quartz countertops were installed 2 days again and to say I am impressed would be an understatement. Form the initial visit with Bill and Kathy at the showroom until the final install by Jake and Joe Tuesday afternoon everything went smooth and without a hitch. Although there were some minor delays due to what Covid has sprung upon all industries, the communication was always clear and concise. Many thanks to the entire Magnotti team for a job well done. My family will enjoy many great times in the new kitchen....

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Unknowledgeable sales staff and terrible service. I dealt with the McKnight store location. This is my second fireplace I bought from them - definitely my last from them. I will buy from anyone but them. The company used to be decent and knowledgeable. However, now they are unknowledgeable and terrible to deal with. First, the sales people don't know what they are doing - I had to call Heat and Glow directly for installation answers about the venting. Second, when you order parts from them they don't let you know when the parts came in AND you have to constantly call them to double check if the part may have come in. Third, they don't keep records of what you bought from them - make sure you keep good records and can read the manuals. Fourth, although they have a service - they are out like 2 months for a service check-up. The direct-vent fireplaces are expensive so go to another fireplace store instead - you can't get any worse service from them. I will NEVER buy another thing from them. The owner did respond to my review to which I dispute - the facts are the facts.
