Very helpful and attentive staff. Taught me how to measure our new fireplace and sold me the perfect grate. Also, helped with the proper tools. Not cheap, but definitely worth the iron and great service!

I placed a call into Madison Fireplace & Patio over 6 days ago as our inside gas logs would not stay lit for more than a minute. The person that answered their phone told me to text them a picture of the gas logs, state the problem, and provide contact #. They said one of their service people would follow-up. We did all of that right away. Well, we haven't heard anything from them. And we even called/texted them again 3 days ago with no response from them. So, I ended up talking to a neighbor who gave me some pointers on how to fix the problem. I fixed it myself, but I can tell you that their customer service is terrible. I should have known better as I had a bad impression of them when I went to their store 3 years ago. Rude service and sky high prices. They will not get any of my business and I'll be sure to pass that along to my neighbors.
