Everything is in limbo with this business. When you request service it is always "I only have two guys and I don't know when we can get to you " "it's on order and I'm not sure when it will get here ". Two months later you may get what you ordered. They love selling you a hot tub, but the follow up is dismal at best.

Stay away! We have had issues with our spa from day one. No support has been given. We have spent mega money for a hot tub we can not currently use. We now have a case number with Hot Springs. We have to take a water sample to a Leslie Pools for them to test the water to guide us in the direction we need to go. I really wish we had checked around before purchasing this hot tub. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I don't normally like giving bad reviews but if this will save someone some frustration like we are experiencing then it will be worth it.

The absolute best place to buy your Hot Tub! They sell the very best hot tub on the market. You definitely get what you pay for and their product will last well beyond the 15-20 year mark! (Providing you take care of it of course) The owners will do their very best at helping you from purchase to service and this store has been around for decades.

They have moved to a new location at 2954 Riverside Drive. The showroom is much larger now with a wide selection of spas as well as some woodstoves on display. Warren is most helpful with the choices available. I was greeted with a smile and everyone there was very professional. They are located just off Interstate 75 and have a larger parking area now too.
