Was very impressed with the service from start to finished. Tad was super nice, professional, explained everything we needed to know about a pellet stove. Even went out and open the trailer and showed us how it worked an even started a stove. The installment crew Dave, Matthew, Hunter was awesome. Could not ask for a better team. I was going to do two stars only for the employees that serviced my pellet stove and the female employee that took the appointment and followed up after a scheduling issue but the owner deserves one star. It would have been less then one star if not for them because the owner spoke to me over the phone after I called to talk about the pricing after the service was complete. I had written down what I thought I was quoted over the phone but it was not the same as what they wanted to charge so I called and explained to him what I wrote down, his reply was "if you dont like our fees I suggest you use someone else" and as a small business owner myself that is not how you talk to customers, you try to reach a middle ground. I paid the techs the service fee only and not the 112.50 "mileage fee". I figured I would just charge the owner the $112.50 for his attitude. So between the owners atttude and the service techs never once touching the flue to clean it I cant suggest using this place. Edit, after further inspection the stove was not cleaned that well for the price I paid. Glass dirty and none of the outside dust cleaned. Picture attached. $215 for a cleaning BTW. Also the problem with the stove of it not heating in "room temp mode" was not addressed at all, it still does not work in room temp mode, one of the reason why I had them come out in the first place.
