I wanted to share what excellent service my husband and I received from Kirk! We have a 20+ year-old fireplace and struggled last year with finding parts for it. Kirk was able to help us track down the correct parts. I know this sounds like no big deal, but it was honestly the professional care he put in to our situation. In today’s retail business, sometimes you feel like more than a bother than a customer, but he did not make us feel like that at all. Thank you so much for your help again!

Back in 11/24, we had a chimney sweep company come to our house to sweep and run a camera inside up the chimney, and said it should not be operated and offered to sell us a new insert , blower and intake and exhaust for $ 8500.00 which I thought was kinda high. We looked around and went to MacDowell's to look at units they had to offer. Kirk was very good at explaining the difference between each insert, log set, and blower units, showing how remote worked. We bought a complete insert, log set, and blower for $6000.00. I think we got a great deal, and the installation Team ,Matt and cal were great . They called the morning of installation, showed up, and went to work completing the job in about 4.0 hours.

Had a new gas fireplace installed yesterday. The installers, Matt and Cal did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. Talked us out of purchasing a new blower that we didn't need. Explained everything and answered all our questions. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

We have no technician help with installing a blower and help with the pilot keeps going out. They referred us to a technician. We have been going back and forth via text since Dec 10th . Still do not have date or time to come and service the gas insert and add a blower. This us very poor customer service and would have been nice to have with this last storm.
