  the Net Zero holographic fireplaces are very realistic and easy to install. I removed the electric heater box from the top, as my house is passive solar / well insulated, and I don't need any more heat just because I have the "fireplace" on. I built a simple shell for the unit, which is free standing in my living room. Its .500" black acrylic, and just 4 pieces total. my Net Zero 100 is floor mounted and 100% proud of the wall, so it is still portable should I move. The fire is extremely realistic , and highly adjustable, even makes a crackling sound syncronized with the floating "sparks" Yes, the unit is pricey, but it is simple to assemble and install with a few tools...i did it myself, so no cost of gas / chimney or mess of actual wood.

  Luxury Fire just upgraded our old fireplace with a more modern insert (Stuv), which turned out beautiful. It's not often a company does such a thorough job from start to finish, we were pleasantly surprised if not astonished at the level of service we received, from working through the initial contract, through to the installation team leaving our place completely spotless once the work was done. Seldom have we had tradesmen do such a thoughtful and clean job, these guys worked steadily from 9-6 completing many phases of the installation, inside and up on the roof. We would urge you to give this company a try for your next fireplace/stone related project. Thanks! November update really heating the house now.Note it took a few burns to get rid of the factory smell it's all good now.

  I recently purchased both a wood burning stove and gas insert from Chris Tapia of Luxury Fire. Both look great and I'm very happy with the final products. The customer service that Chris provided was fantastic - he helped find the right products, advised on the proper specs for our space and guided the installation process.   We had a terrific experience buying our new fireplace through Luxury Fire. We bought an Ergofocus, which is a bit complicated to visualize in the space and install, but Chris got us through the process with no problems at all.
