The current owners are resting on the laurels of their professional ancester owners. If you have a problem with your $8500.00 incert, good luck getting timely service. 7 days to get a service appointment when your unit malfunctions. Then get ready for excuses,,," wind", "ice", "too many gas appliances operating in your home???" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? "YOU must not have had the pilot on" , although I did. Very disappointing. Should have gone with Kellermeier in Haskins, OH. Neighbors are happier with their installation and service through Kellermeier. Can't wait for Luce's response, blaming this homeowner for the above comments. Guess what?? Their bill was paid in full, and on time. And my unit was installed in March 2025 AND serviced in November 2025 at my scheduling. Disappointing and not reliable. Get ready for them to blame you as a homeowner, or worse yet, their own employees who answer the phone and "go by the book" with scheduling and advice.
