  I got quotes from Lisacs and fireside for a wood stove and exhaust system. I ended up buying from Fireside in Tualatin but wish I had gone with these guys! Fireside sold me an exhaust system that didn't work for my house and some of the parts didn't even fit together, which explained why they were cheaper than Lisacs... then fireside wouldn't even let me return the parts even though they were unused. I told the people at Lisacs my headache experience with Fireside and they saved the day in every way - they figured out all the parts I needed in like 30 seconds, and cut me a great deal. You can really tell they know their stuff. Definitely the only fireplace shop I'll go to in the future!

  Stopped here looking for a fire place insert, the lady was very nice. Although, she could not answer our questions. Then a man took over trying to help, and seemed annoyed, not really willing to help or try to guide us in a direction where we would made a purchase here. Sad! We are excited to make an upgrade and add a fireplace to a room that doesn’t currently have one, but sadly, this isn’t the place for us. I will say, they have nice products, but the man working ruined this shopping spree for us. Trust me, there is a store out there that wants our business! March 17, 2025.

  We love the Lopi wood stove inserts! 100% American made. They have given us a great deal for inserts that we installed for homeowners. Very knowledgable and great people working there. Shoutout to Guy!!

  I was in the market for a wood burning stove. I did my homework and knew what I wanted. I went to Lisac’s and met Charlie. Charlie was an absolute “10”. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite, down to earth and all around easy to work with. He was not pushy and did not try to up-sale me on anything. He was honest on the price and up front regarding production and shipping times. After I purchased my stove and after the install I had several stove venting parts that where not used. I contacted Charlie and he told me to bring back the unused venting parts for a refund. I took back venting parts and I was refunded no questions asked. Lisacs and Charlie where nothing short of a 10. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I would recommend Lisac’s to anyone! Awesome shop. My stove is beautiful and could not be happier! Thank you Charlie and Lisac’s!!

  I cannot say enough about this AMAZING company! First we had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda on the phone who was wonderful, Charlie who patiently listened to my concerns was also Amazing and Derek the Tech incredible. polite and went above and beyond! This company is "old fashion" Customer Service - very refreshing!!!
