  Tiffany was so helpful and informative. She is so willing to go way above and beyond. She always responded to emails and phone calls immediately. The store has beautiful products from cabinet handles to beautiful lighting fixtures to fireplaces. This is definitely one of my new favorite places to shop.

  We came in for a new ceiling light for our living room, and we were impressed with the selection of beautiful fixtures and home decor. Everything in the store looks like it was carefully picked by someone with excellent taste. We kept coming back to replace other lights in our house, and then we were drawn in by a huge variety of unique and beautiful drawer pulls and knobs. Tiffany sat down with us to go over our options, and Keith carried out all the boxes and fit them in my car for me. This is our favorite home improvement store in Howell - friendly staff and beautiful pieces for your home.

  I needed to replace several light fixtures in a condo I had just purchased. Having browsed other stores, I quickly became overwhelmed. Then, I found Lighting Hearth & Home by Gross Electric. Shelley (a designer) helped me tremendously. She was patient and took the time to understand my needs, style, and budget. She was able to find the perfect fixtures for me as Gross Electric has a huge variety of products to choose from beyond what is displayed in the store. The light fixtures I purchased are beautiful and of high quality. Again, Shelley was a blessing. I couldn't have accomplished this without her expertise and guidance.

  We shopped many places. Tiffany the sales representative is what sold us. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable in a very subtle manner. What was very pleasing is even after our purchase snd install she came to our home ( on a day off) and walked us through an issue we had. This is not part of her job at this store. To be treated and have such amazing customer service is more than pleasing. Needless to say we love our fireplace , best part is integrity and service given through TIFFIANY. Now a days a rarity. This store is blessed not only to sell quality but also there staff

  Hearth & Home by gross electric is an amazing store! So many selections available of all types of lighting needs and reasonably priced as well. Tiffany is an amazing lighting consultant to work with. She truly is so genuine, patient and really listens to the customers needs. She was smiley and welcoming the moment I walked in the door! All the other employees are so friendly and welcoming as well. Thank you so much Tiffany & Team for making my experience one to remember! I know where to go for all my lighting needs! I am so glad I chose to walk in. Keep up the awesome work! :-)
