  I recently purchased a hot tub at our cabin in Island Park from Leisure Time and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jake, my sales rep, was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions. He helped me find the perfect fit for my needs without ever making me feel pressured. When it came time for installation, Cole did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was set up correctly. He also walked me through the features and maintenance so I felt confident using my new hot tub. Between Jake’s expertise and Cole’s installation skills, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Forgot to mention how smooth the communication with everyone went as well. I highly recommend Leisure Time if you’re looking for great products and even better service.

  I know they’ve been around for years but my experience with them has been highly disappointing. I contacted them concerning upgrading my gas insert. Instead of coming out and take a look, they had me measure the fireplace opening myself take pictures and send a picture of the chimney and text them to them. I had no problem doing all that. It’s been over a month and I have heard zero back from them. If it’s something they didn’t want to do that’s fine. How about just let me know? I’ll just move on to the next place.

  Had some issues with my hot tub filter and questions about my chemical routine. Went to the parts and service desk. Gentleman was very helpful. Listened to my concerns. Answered all my questions. I will always come back here for any of my hot tub needs. Customer service was excellent 👌

  Great company to work with, I love my new wood stove! Kevin in sales answered all of my questions and gave me an accurate quote with no price surprises. I had no hassles from him upselling pricier models or frivolous add ons. Install team shows up on schedule and completes the work quickly and professionally to Idaho State building inspector standards. Stoves are a little cheaper at CAL Ranch, but Leisure Time gets the whole complicated process done right and without having to worry about your family dying from carbon monoxide poisoning.

  Leisure Time was great to work with, and we received our products in less than a week; however, the packing material was not enough, and one of our PH UP bottles spilled the contents all over the box, and was leaking out, so we lost about 1/3 of that bottle. I will contact them for resolution, but they need to better pack the items so they don't open during shipment. Even just taping the lids so they don't move would help. Otherwise, I plan to order from them again as their shipping to Hawai'i is very reasonable.
