  I’m so glad I did a wet test before purchasing my Bullfrog A7. Being able to try out different JetPaks helped me understand exactly what I wanted, and the experience made me feel confident in my choice. Now that the hot tub has been installed for about three weeks, I can honestly say we absolutely love it. The interchangeable JetPaks are a game changer. Each seat feels unique and it’s really easy to swap them around depending on what we’re in the mood for. The FrogEase system has also made maintenance simple and stress-free. I love that the water stays clear and balanced without constant work. We’ve been using our hot tub almost every night. It’s become such a great addition for our family, and we’ve enjoyed having friends over to share it with us. Overall, the Bullfrog A7 has completely lived up to my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

  Edited in response to Virginia Leisure’s reply to my original review: My name does not appear in your system because the purchase was made under my spouse’s name. You can reference your records from December 6. The sales representative we worked with was Drew. During the sales process, more time was spent on personal conversation than on clearly explaining the realistic delivery timeline for a purchase of this size. We were told our hot tub could be delivered within three days; however, as of December 27, we still do not have the hot tub and are now being told delivery is expected in approximately two more weeks. This process has not been as transparent as it was initially presented. Customers spending thousands of dollars deserve accurate information and clear expectations. Please be upfront and transparent with delivery timelines moving forward.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding—great price, quick responses, clear communication, and excellent support even after the install. We had a post-install service need and they came out the same day! Great experience all the way around.

  We have been thinking about adding a hot tub to our new home's backyard. We took a trip to VA from NC & visited several dealers in VA Beach & Chesapeake. Our last stop was Virginia Leisure on Battlefield. Drew greeted us promptly & asked exactly what we were looking for. He listened! Showed us the Vita Envie 92x92 hot tub. I explained i really didn't want a white (inside) tub & he explained why white was a better choice...it made total sense. They were having a great sale for end of year & the Go Big promotion. We liked the Vita Envie since it was completely enclosed, no wood & treated insulation to keep rodents out. We live in the woods with termites & rodents so these were top selling features for us. Drew was so patient as this would be our 1st hot tub ever & had a million questions. We explained we weren't ready as we were just beginning the deck project then would have to have the concrete pad done before we could install a hot tub. He told us about the 2 part delivery they offer & we could leave a deposit on the hot tub to ensure we received the promotional price & since it was a floor model noone else could purchase it. Yep that's exactly what we did...prices were the best than any other dealer in the area, Drew was not pushy but explained everything perfectly so we could make a decision. I highly recommend if you are in the market check out Virginia Leisure on Battlefield 1st it will also be your last & save you time & money! I wish we would have went here 1st but glad they were on our list...we purchased with them & very happy with the entire experience so far. They have many different brands & styles along with pools, swim spas & outdoor furniture. The store looks small from the road but man its huge once you for inside. So many models on the floor to touch & compare! Go by & ask for Drew he will treat you right & help you choose the right spa for your budget & features for you!

  Best pool/spa/ outdoor furniture dealership in Virginia . Doug is the manager and has been for many years . These people have you covered when it comes to being in your happy place . They have pools and spas setup inside of the building . If you are looking for a very high quality pool or spa , bring your bathing suit, or bikini . They Invite you to get in , see what best fits your needs or desires . Priced to sell . Now as for the outdoor furniture , this isn't the local big box chain throw away stuff . LIFETIME , that's right warrantee of lifetime but , you pay a little bit more for it . However , you can design your own color patterns . I love all 20 pieces of mine . They will keep you up to date with any new and up coming changes with chemicals and , tools .
