We needed a gas insert for our old wood burning fireplace, they came over and measured then when we went to their store to look at options. From the store to the installation they were very helpful and professional. When the fan on the fireplace was a little noisy they were right here to get it replaced. Highly, highly recommend.

Kevin and Beccah Laughlin are absolutely wonderful. They were patient about our trying to figure out what to do with our failing 80+ year old fireplace. They gave a very fair quote on services. Kevin found the exact size replacement insert and even did some cutting so it looks perfect in the bow hearth.
