  Chip and his family are great and will take good care of you. As a newbie to the pool world (we inherited an above ground pool when we bought our house), they got us up and going and answered my many questions regarding pool maintenance and upkeep. My kids love visiting the "pool store", and I love being able to get pool supplies and fermentation/brewing supplies in one place. They'll test your water and give you a printout of what needs tweaked, send you home with what you need, and they'll give you tips on where to source other items you may need. Overall, grdst people and great place.

  This store literally has everything you could possibly need, for canning, pools, pellet stoves, and more! We personally had gotten a beautiful baby boy black kitten from them! He is so spoiled! We love him so much! We are now having issues with our pellet stove so we will be getting help from them, I’m sure we won’t have any problems, the staff there seem super knowledgeable! But if we have any issues I will update! But I’m sure I will not!

  I have been using Laubscher pools for several years to open and close my pool. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the whole crew. This year when they opened my pool, I forgot to put all of my items at pool side for them, as I had my days mixed up. I had a neighbor walk over and give them my cell phone number. Michelle called me right away and I gave her my garage security code and told her where to find my shed key. She and Todd opened my shed and got everything out that they needed to open my pool. I am sure they had to move items to get my pool dive, ladder and handrail out. They both deserve a tip, and will get one for everything they did for me this year. Chip and Jeannine always take care of my water testing and telling me what I need to do to keep my pool clean and clear. I have spent many hours in the store visiting with them and I have never heard them be rude to anyone. I don’t know where the comments about rudeness come from. I guess if you are looking for everything for nothing you will get rudeness from no matter who you are dealing with 🤷‍♀️ Thank you Chip, Jeannine, Michelle and Todd for always meeting my needs and going above and beyond to do so.
