We had Lanz Furnace and Fireplace out a few times during winter when we had no heat. They were quick to respond to our outside of business hours call. The tech was polite and found a bad gas valve. Since the unit was new they helped us with a warranty claim for the parts. Would highly recommend!

Dave and his crew were wonderful to deal with--very professional and took extra care protecting our floors during installation. A recent issue with the gas stove was met with a prompt response.

Our furnace 'died' during a cold winter - Lanz promptly supplied us with heaters and installed a new unit. They were helpful in assisting us learn to use the new thermostat. The staff made sure we got all rebates, too.
