Please, if you have a choice, do NOT use Lampton Love in Richland. We are on their never empty/always full program which allows the driver on our route to fill our tank when we are not home and as needed, since he would keep a check on it, and we would never have to call to request gas. So, having said that, I don't make a habit of blasting businesses since I am a business owner myself, especially not if one has not made an effort to rectify the situation privately first. However, I have. Many, many times, I have called, asked why we are always hovering at near empty, why I have to call and give an update as to my percentage, since their driver is supposed to check our tank regularly, with no one needing to be home. We are on credit terms, so we always pay timely and there is no issue there. I was assured last time (my 4th time to call regarding this same issue) that the "driver would be spoken to as he has gotten lax about checking people on his route." That is a quote from the office staff, so they are very aware of the situation. Our tank has never been filled without my having to call. And yet, he has still not bothered to check his route thoroughly, or we would NOT have this issue. We are below 20 percent in our tank, and we would NOT have known that if we had not bothered to check it ourselves. This is THEIR DRIVER'S FAULT AND THE COMPANY'S FAULT FOR CONTINUING TO ALLOW THIS BEHAVIOR. I understand now there is sleet on the ground, and we called the after-hours number. The driver returned our call and said, "I am getting as many tanks filled as I can, but now I am grounded because of the ice." So now, we are going into an ice storm, have 2 small children, and our tank is low, and it isn't our fault. What do we have to do to be on your regular list, because apparently being a customer just isn't good enough.
