  Outstanding company to work with. We first met with Karl at the Lakeside showroom and felt very comfortable with the business. Brian then visited our home and identified the perfect fireplace solution. We had originally just thought of replacing the fireplace with a similar unit but based on Brian's expertise and taking the time to fully understand our goal, he recommended an insert, and we couldn't be happier. We were able to remove the tile from in front of the fireplace, which was our ultimate desire, and put flooring all the way up the unit. We also get much more heat than we did with the old unit. We then had a handyman tile around the fireplace. The workmanship, communication, professionalism and quality of work by Lakeside Fire and Grill was fantastic. Highly recommended.   Great company to work with. Brian ,Karl, Pete installation went great. I went from my old wood stove that was not very efficient to a propane Jotul Stove. Brian came out and measured my three seasons room that is now a Four Seasons room to make sure my stove was just right to be able to heat my back room. (600 ft² room) stove barely comes on , last four days have been in the 30s with 15-20 mile an hour wind. Heats my room like a champ I have a gauge on my propane tank telling me how much propane I use per day it has actually went down almost 2 gallons a day since Brian and the guys installed my stove. As far as the insulation goes very good clean and efficient Pete stayed around to answer my questions make sure everything was running great. If I could give him six stars I would.

  I am not a rich man, but there are some things in life that are worth paying the right price for the right service. Lakeside Fire is one of those things. We had a Jotul wood stove installed by Brian and his team. From our initial visit to the showroom my wife and I were impressed with the service, knowledge and all around friendliness that was offered to us. Sometimes when you visit a specialty store like this and you don’t know much about the product you can be taken advantage of. I felt the exact opposite at Lakeside. Brian took the time to explain everything we needed to know about heating with a wood stove. Then walked us through our options, scheduled a visit to our house, and provided a thorough written estimate/ quote. The install crew did not leave a trace of dust or debris in our living room. The put drop cloths on everything and protected anything of concern. Clearly I am an extremely satisfied customer of the product and services that Lakeside Fire offers. I will be recommending them to anyone who listens and I hope you do to.

  Great friendly service, great selection of grills, rubs, tools and smoking woods. We drove 3 hrs from TC, had a great experience and bought an awesome grill. The folks at Lakeside earned our business and will do the same to earn yours no doubt.
