  I had an amazing experience with Lake Tahoe Specialty Stove and Fireplace Inc. in Kings Beach. They sold and installed my Osburn wood-burning stove, and the entire process was refreshingly simple, calm, and easy. Everything was extremely organized, and the communication throughout was above and beyond. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and ease in any home project around the Lake Tahoe basin. I’m so thankful I was referred here—highly recommended!

  Perry and the team did a fantastic job upgrading my old gas stove. Prompt, clean, and meticulous! You really can't ask for much more than that.   Lake Tahoe Specialty Stove & fireplace Inc. saves the day again! Chris & Gabriel are amazing at what they do. Our Thelin DV gas fireplace stopped working just before the storm that rolled through early Jan 2024. I called a few places on the NV side of North Lake Tahoe and it seemed like the soonest anyone would be able to see us would be later this month. Earliest appt would be the 24th of January. Our home was about 48 degrees Monday morning and after almost 3 days without a viable heating unit it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I called LTSS&F and Chris got back to me within 15 mins. He had Gabriel, a great technician headed our way in about 45 mins. Gabriel was knowledgeable, patient and felt the sense of urgency we had as he walked in a found we were trying to warm up our way place with a tiny BuddyHeater. He arrived and it was almost 50 degrees in our place. Gabriel was kind and talked to our 2 year old daughter who asked him if he wanted to watch her favorite show. He got to work and after diagnosing the issue was able to fix our only source of heat for our home here in Incline Village. Gabriel provided additional recommendations and did a full inspection and cleaned up the unit before he departed. This isn’t the first time Gabriel has come to our rescue. Back in 2019-2020, our fan/blower began to bog down and wasn’t performing well. Chris and Gabriel stopped by the same day and were able to fix it in time for me to make my shift at my Fire District. I am thoroughly satisfied with the help LTSS&F provided today and a few years back. They will be the first company we call if/when something goes sideways with our fireplace. They understand the urgency and do not hesitate to give your realistic expectations. I felt I was heard and they answered all of my questions with confidence and made my wife and I feel like we were their priority. Not to mention, Gabriel was able to take a Quick Look at my BuddyHeater which wouldn’t turn back on. Got it working in seconds! We appreciate the supreme service provided today and will have their number on our top 10 list! Thanks again Gabriel & Chris! -Erick Incline Village, NV
