  Lt Rush sold us our Quadrafire pellet stove and conducted the install; Troy was our salesman and was very helpful, Butch and his team did the install and were great-Bob has come out for all of our service calls and cleanings and they all have done a great job. Before this year we would purchase 4-6 tons of the Turman Pellets and they are a great product. We use our stove continuously November to March. Our house is an old stone house and was not insulated. This year it has significant insulation and we look forward to fewer tons of Turman’s- the products are great and the staff have been supportive the entire time we have used the Quadrafire

  I am forever grateful to Bob, who does an excellent job servicing our pellet stove. He took time from his busy schedule to help us solve a minor problem with our stove by phone. Due to his kindness we had heat again right before family arrived for the holidays. Thank you Bob!

  We had our fireplace remodeled by LT Rush in February. We were very pleased with the whole process. Butch was helpful with sales and picking out stone. Their bid came in well below the competition. The crew that did the framing, duct work and installation were professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The masonry work was beautifully crafted. Truly exceptional! The mason also made sure we were pleased with his work. We love our new fireplace and would 100% recommend LT Rush!

  L.T. Rush Stone did a fireplace feature wall makeover for me in the fall of 2019. They installed stone veneer on my wall, built a new a new hearth, converted my fireplace to a gas insert. Troy, one of their salespeople, partnered with me to help me plan the final design and was always super-fast to answer questions I had. The artistry of the stone installers was superb; the separate crew that installed the gas insert was A+ as well. the beauty of what they crafted often brings a smile and relaxing comfort to the end of a hard day when I retire to the family room. It would be hard to be L.T. Rush Stone’s reasonable prices and top-notch customer service. I’m planning to use them for more projects again in a few years to veneer over and/or replace brick accents on the outside of the house.

  I purchased an LP fireplace from L.T. Rush, to be installed DIY, and I was surprised by the lack of communication, inaccurate timing estimates, and terrible interaction with the woman at the front desk. The price was reasonable, but not worth wondering if I'd receive my product after 4 months, let alone having to interact with some of the employees.
