  My husband and I visited Krings to look at electric fireplaces, and Josh Folk guided us through the showroom. He took the time to explain the different models and their features, and his knowledge and honesty helped us in the decision process. We ultimately chose the Simplifire Scion, purchasing the floor model for a self-install. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

  I am so thrilled that we chose to work with the team at Kring's Hearth & Home to help us replace our propane fireplace. We visited 8 fireplace stores before finding Kring's, we obvious saved the best for last. They were very helpful with the sales process, helping us make the right decisions for us. One thing very important to us is that they have their own team of factory trained installers - not random outside contractors. Because we were doing some of the removal and prep work ourselves, their team came to trip check our measurements and work. We have been thrilled using our new fireplace since installation. I'm not including a pic simply because we have not finished the stone work that we've elected to do ourselves. I simply cannot say enough good things about the team at Kring's.

  Went there several times for info on a gas fireplace insert. Josh Folk was very helpful and informative. Helped us pick out the insert that best fit our needs. Install was quick and professional. Very satisfied with our purchase. Definitely would recommend Kring’s for any stove purchase.

  Just had a new upgraded gas fireplace put in my new house. Josh the salesman was a little shaky the first time we met him. In his defense he said he was getting over a bad cold. We shopped around and Kring’s and Josh gave us the best preliminary price. Scott the estimator came out to the house…. He covered everything, many things we didn’t think of. Still best price. The best was yet to come. Installers Mike and Derrick were awesome. Friendly, polite, helpful guys. They covered everything with dust protectors, they cleaned up constantly, even the sawdust out on the driveway was swept up dailly. Those two guys were the best workmen we ever had in our house over 50 years of homeowner repairs. Thank you Mike and Derrick. You guys deserve a raise! Rod Holt

  Just wanted to compliment the technician who serviced my stove yesterday. He arrived ahead of time and even picked up a package for me that was on my porch. I had to leave but my son was here and when I arrived back home he had finished. The remote was placed on my shelf and the stove was on. It was working so well, the flame was perfect and the blower as well. He was very efficient and thorough. I am feeling very safe with it now. Thanks so much for your service. Kathleen Mondok
