Have been to this place for north polar express train ( bus) . It was our first time experience with polar express and we loved every bit of it . It was a whole different experience for us and ofcourse for our toddler This event was free and they were accepting donation. Please donate them if you are visiting . Highly recommended

We encountered issues with an older gas fireplace that we had purchased from a different company. Despite previous attempts by the original company's technicians, none of them demonstrated sufficient expertise to adequately service the unit. Additionally, we discovered that the fireplace had not been properly installed initially. While it took some time to schedule Kozy Heat due to their high demand, we were exceptionally pleased with the technician they dispatched and the quality of his work. The technician arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, exhibiting both a personable demeanor and extensive knowledge. He efficiently resolved our problem within a short timeframe, rectifying errors made by the previous company's technicians. As a result, the fireplace now operates like new. I wholeheartedly recommend Kozy Heat for any of your fireplace-related needs.

We had exceptional customer service and work done by Kozy Heat when getting our wood burning fire place installed. They worked with us to insure that it met all codes and looked great. We are so excited to have it for these cold days. We have already recommended them as our neighbors and friends have fallen in love with with it. After the very first fire in the fireplace we do not have any unreasonable amounts of smoke coming from our hidden pipe.
