  I was ever so impressed with their customer service, highly skilled installers and professionalism. In one day, I received my double-sided fireplace with all the bells and whistles. I absolutely love the work that was completed. I would recommend anyone to use them for fireplace inserts/repair/replacement. Top notch

  I purchased my fireplace insert unit in 2023. The service was great but in 2024 when the weather was cold, the blower on the fireplace would not work so I had to have someone come out (I actually had to wait a couple of months because, it was not considered an emergency). Here we are in 2026 and the remote control does not work so I am not able to adjust temperature settings or turn the unit on/off unless I flip the switch. This has been going on since late November when it was cold enough to use fireplace. I just haven’t had time to call. I’ll try calling tomorrow. Maybe I purchased a bad unit.

  Set an appointment for 9:30AM to have an estimate done. Konieczka calls at 8:30AM and 9:39am to ask why they’re coming out. Too little too late. I’ll find somewhere else. Earlier interaction was I had stopped in to ask about a fireplace insert repair I had. The lady in house would not stop talking, did not hear what I was asking because she wouldn’t stop talking, until I finally left in the middle of her talking. They’ll tell you they’ll drive all over the state. But when it’s time to travel 40 minutes away, they’re going to ask why they’re heading there, why they don’t need to come, etc. Konieczka pulled the same nonsense with my dad when they were supposed to give him an estimate on a pellet burner. Horrible experiences almost every time. Find a different company.

  They came out same day to look at my AC during a heatwave. After diagnosis they worked with my manufacturer to get the warranty parts approved. Had my air fixed same day and returned once warranty parts were in. Great work and great customer service!
