KJB fireplace just finished my project. Could not be happier with the their entire team. I’m pretty sure this was a level 9.5 in difficulty for a number of reasons, but they delivered. There was some back and forth with the manufacturer, and no finger pointing, just problem solvers. If I had another difficult project (i am sure they can handle easy ones), I would use KJB, as I know they will follow thru. Technical skills 5, Prompt response 5, Reliability 5

Great service! Service tech was friendly and informative.After 23 years ( never serviced) the Fireplace looks and works like new! My Local company quoted me $450 just to come out and look at the unit.KJB serviced and repaired our unit for well under that number.Highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a difficult project due to the space constraints and what we were trying to accomplish, but Ken explained everything very thoroughly, no rush or pressure, took his time and educated us. Jason spent over an hour with us sketching out exactly where all everything would go to fit among a lot of other components. The guys who came out (I forget their names, sorry) were great. Explained everything, careful, and did a great job. Super happy with the finished product. Thank you, KJB!
