  We are so happy we found Kindle Timber. They sold us the perfect vent free gas logs. Very competitive prices. The logs were installed by Luke who did a great job. All our questions were answered. We couldn’t be happier!!! We highly recommend this company!!!

  My first interaction with Troy and his company was excellent and I gave him a 5 star review. His work is outstanding! However, this review is strictly based on customer service. I called to schedule my annual maintenance for my fireplace. Troy is always booked and busy, and it took a few days for him to return my call. We scheduled an appointment for November 5th. He called that day saying he was running a little behind but would let me know if and when he could make it. I sent him a text over an hour after he was scheduled to arrive assuming he was not going to make it that day. He said he would call the next day to reschedule. That's the last time we communicated although I called and sent several texts with no response from him. I could understand if he didn't want me as a customer (although he never said why). I just don't understand why there was no contact at all or explanation about anything. Communication is crucial for customer service,

  Troy and Kindled Timber did an amazing job getting my two fireplaces cleaned and up and running. Both are gas, but one was a bit of a challenge (Napoleon). I had it worked on previously and it worked for a year and then quit. Troy was able to diagnos the problem and now it is fully functioning. Highly recommend Kindled Timber!

  Troy of Kindled Timber is the absolute best in all ways. He had the best price by far to fix our non-working gas fireplace. Plus, Troy knew exactly what was needed and how best to accomplish the task quickly and efficiently. His work and clean-up was exemplary. Troy was also very cordial and professional. Don’t call the scammers and etc.. Rest assured you are getting the absolute best quality of work with no hidden fees when you call Troy for your gas fireplace needs. It is reassuring to know that workers of his caliber still exist.
