  Kindled Hearth did an excellent job with our wood stove install! We just had our first fire and we couldn't be more pleased. They were excellent to work with and everything was done perfectly and as requested. Work was completed in a very timely manner and the results were everything we were hoping for.

  Robert Decker cleaned out fireplace today and assisted in educating us as to the battery operation (actually, where they were on the stove!!!) He was only 10 minutes late, but called ahead and let us know. He was very friendly and efficient,

  We saw in their website that all the fireplaces have stone surrounds and hearths with mantels. We sent them a picture of what we wanted. We assumed the estimate we received would have included all those items. But in the end they just installed fireplace. And said we are done with your project and your on your own to finish it. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I’ve added a photo for reference. This is what you get if you have these clowns do a job for you. UNFINISHED. Nothing like their website. Buyer be warned!!!

  Do not give them a dime! We bought a brand new heat stove, lp with a pilot light, just a year and a half ago. It stopped working causing 6 broken pipes. When we called them they were not open on the weekend and had no emergency number. We had to have someone else fix the heater and on Monday we called and they offered no solution, help or advice. Now we find out pilot lights are old, unreliable technology but when we bought it they said all was good. Another example of make the sale and then ignore them. So disappointing. Addendum, we spoke with James today and he sent technician Robert out today. He replaced a faulty thermocouple and was very thorough and answered all our questions so we feel we can have trust in our heater. Robert is the best! Too bad we could not have had that experience when we called the first time and spoke with an extremely unhelpful and discourteous female. Keep up the great work Robert! You saved the day and your employers reputation.
