I appreciate Kidders’ community support over the many years (CCS auction too). I didn’t expect next-day service for my fireplace control problem. Chris problem-solved and fixed the issue on-site and I now have a toasty family room for Christmas gatherings! I appreciate the patience in giving me directions for how to use my fireplace too. After many years of not working, I wonder why I waited so long to call.

Kidder Heating was outstanding. I called several companies on Sunday morning with the temps outside around 17 degrees and temps in my house in the 40's! All the other companies quoting 24hrs service either had AI caller assistance with appointments for Monday or a live operator who couldn't tell me when they could come out. I called Kidder at 9am and the operator said the technician would call me within the hour with availability. The technician (Chris) called within that time and was at my house by 11am! Chris was very professional and thoughtful. He was very respectful in my house and showed me the part he repaired and why it possibly failed. I had heat in my house by noon! Tremendous experience! I would highly recommend them!
