  Excellent client focused. I became concerned about my propane supplier when on January 27 2025 my propane ran out. I was on auto service. I was away at the time but fortunately a carpenter was working in my home and call to tell me it was cold in the house. Well it happened again, on November 17 2025. The tank was empty. That caused me to take action. My neighbor suggested Keystone propane. I was put in touch with Kara, this is a person who understands that the client is the most impotent person in their company. She gave me a complete explanation on my options and pricing. Being a high volume client they offered me their best market price. Which is $0.36 less than Modern propane. Doesn’t sound like much however it’s $144.00 less per tank full. They made swapping out my tank painless and set me up with a tank monitor on my Keystone portal. If you are thinking of changing suppliers, I highly recommend Keystone.

  I have had the best experience with Keystone. From the initial call, where I was treated like an old friend, and made to feel comfortable and educated about what my options were. The ability for them to get me scheduled quickly. To the technicians that came to my home to set up my tanks and service. They were kind, knowledgeable and made me feel secure. I will absolutely suggest anyone to choose them. Top notch customer service across the board!

  Initial contact was very smooth, informative & helpful. Installation of tank was smooth as well & as promised. Gas delivery the same. On time & very smooth. Their prices are very competitive. They are a local company and answer the phone when you call & return your calls in a timely manner. I'm hoping they stay this way but they are a longtime family business with a good reputation.

  After years of wasting money renting tanks from another supplier, I decided to purchase my own from keystone propane. The transaction went as expected. Pricing was decent. My only concern was the condition of the tank. I expected a new tank. I received a reconditioned one that still had a competitors name stamped into it. Regardless I have paperwork showing I own it and can now enjoy lower propane rates and I can shop around if needed.
