Kester fireplace is the best family owned business I’ve ever dealt with!!! They are wonderful people. They came and installed my gas log fireplace in 3 hours. No mess at all. I would give them a hundred stars if I could!!

I had been looking around for a gas log insert for our vacant fireplace for a while, even considered buying a kit from the big box stores, but then I stumbled across Kester fireplace. I called first and felt like my needs were heard and their pricing was reasonable. Through the whole process Mindy and her team were informative and incredibly helpful. They helped me expedite parts of the process when possible and took extra time where I needed it. I was never pressured to a decision. My install timing was for a couple weeks after Christmas and they ended up having a cancellation meaning I could get the wonderful gift of a fireplace a day after Christmas. It was a wonderful surprise!! The installation team was respectful of our space, clean, quick and courteous. I also love that they're a family business all the way through from the moment you start the conversation with Mindy to when you get your install with Mindy's daughter. We've had the fireplace for about a month now with no issues. It's added about $15 to our gas bill. All our animals love it and it creates an incredible ambiance. Thank you Mindy and Team for the wonderful customer service and experience end to end. If I had a second fireplace, I'd come back without hesitation for another install.

Kester Fireplace really went the extra mile on my project, and they really cared about my project. This was an entirely new fireplace in our foyer that required a lot of up front planning. Mindy and Gerry put a lot of time in before the installation even started to help make sure all of the framing and prep work were done correctly. The actual installation went very smoothly, and they were extremely flexible on their end to meet our needs. On top of that their pricing was better than all of the competitors in the area. Cannot recommend this business enough.

My gas log fireplace would not activate. I spoke with Mindy and she had Jen come by to service the unit. I had ordered the part that the manufacturer told me was the likely culprit. Jen laid out a big cover before beginning to clean out the fireplace/equipment. She then installed the new part, added rocks/pebbles, arranged the rocks & logs and replaced batteries. Great fast friendly service! Thanks Mindy & Jen!
