Worked with Kennedy's to get a natural gas insert for a very small old fireplace. They were prompt in returning our calls and coming out to give us a free quote. They even came back in timely manner a second time to due some custom measurements for items we decided we wanted after the fact. Installation was planned and executed well (which was complicated as a lift rental was needed to access our chimney) without any issues. We are extremely satisfied with Kennedy's service and our fireplace. By far the best company I've worked while trying to restore an old home!

Kennedy Stoves & Staff are Super Friendly . This is second time needed help , took time to answer questions / concerns . Were able to narrow down issue having . Corey came out , diagnosed Pellet Stove , Found (2) parts failed , Had both parts on truck , checked unit over , made adjustments , had all fixed in few minutes . Thank You . 5 Stars ⭐️. Well Earned
