  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Spoke to Kelly about needing to replace my condenser coil that was under warranty through the local manufacturer and was told that they don't do this. When asked why all she did was laugh. I called the local manufacturer back and they knew exactly who I had spoken to and shared with me that Keller like to charge $3-$5K for a part that costs no more than $250 if not under warranty and $1,000 for installation for a 20 minute job with a warranty covered part. Found another local company that is more than happy to do the $500 job. I guess my business was not worth their time for only $500. I guess I'd laugh too if $500 was just pocket change.

  This was my 3rd time calling them for an issue with my HVAC system. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. I've had a different person each time and they were all great people. Respectful, personable, and kind. Jonathan came this time to fix our outside unit and he is a great stand up guy. It's hard to trust companies these days to not take advantage of you, and I've never had trust issues like that with Keller. They are fast to respond, and very fair on cost. And they'll be straight with you and tell you the truth. I have a little knowledge in this area so it's so refreshing to see honest people tell you how it is. Highly recommend them.

  Outstanding work and customer service. A family run business that does not take any shortcuts on the job. We have used Keller annually over the past few years for their furnace and A/C tune ups but just recently needed to replace all the ductwork at our new residence. I worked with Glenn the owner directly on the logistics/planning and the techs Justin and Jonathan were the ones doing the installation. They were professional and skilled with this job and always courteous taking their shoes on and off before entering the home. They provided multiple photos of the work updates along the way and even cleaned up some additional debris under the crawlspace that they did not have to do. The team truly went above and beyond on this. I'd highly recommend Keller Heating and Air.

  I have been having issues with my a/c, another company assisted me but I called for a check up and assistance with cooling issues and they never called back. I contacted Keller heating and Air, I asked for a better system for my home . Justin walked me through potential options. I got a quick turnaround on a quote and after accepting the offer we scheduled a date for installation. Justin and Ethan arrived early with masks on, and shoes covered. I was given an explanation of the job and expected time of completion. True to their word they finished on time. The owner of the company Glenn stopped by as well . They were efficient, courteous and all business. Justin gave us a tutorial on programming the thermostats (twice). We look forward to cool summers and warm winters! Thanks

  They serviced both of my air conditioner systems (one for each level of my home) and I'm very happy with the job that they did. The technician was super professional and did a great job. What we had done: He serviced both systems, fixed a drainage issue in the attic and added refrigerant to the downstairs system. He was here for about an hour and twenty minutes. He did a great job. My experience: Ethan showed up on time and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Keller Heating and Air. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to service their air conditioning system.
