Jeff came out to fix a problem with our gas fireplace. The flame would start small & become smaller once the glass was closed. He tried a few adjustments without any significant improvement & then went outside to check the vent. He found a very large wasp nest in the vent completely blocking the airflow. Once everything was working, Jeff cleaned the glass until it was spotless & gave us some tips on using & maintaining the fireplace since this house is new to us. Thanks Jeff for not giving up & for your help.

Amazing service and support! Jeff showed up on time, and went right to work on replacing the thermocouple and had our old Heat-N-Glow gas fireplace back up and running like new at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the support from the main office too, getting our questions answered and service call setup. Great people to work with!
