  We had the most wonderful experience working with Jovial. We walked in to the shop thinking that we needed a new fireplace insert. After describing our problem to Joe, he said "Lets try to fix it, let my son give it a try." It was not an easy job, and parts were so hard to come by, but their persistence and patience paid off! It's so rare to find such a hard working, honest team! We would recommend them 1000%!!!

  Joe, Joey and Rob did a fantastic job on our new fireplace. From repairs to the chase and chimney pipe, to installing new oil burner chimney, to designing a mantle, to the install of the fireplace and stone it was clear they knew what they were doing and care about their work. Very communicative during the entire process and very helpful in making selections that would work best for our project. As a family-owned business they give the personal touch to all they do.

  The guys from Jovial did a really great job replacing our old masonry chimney with a brand new brick chimney and also Installed a brand new wood burning stove in our living room. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and we are very pleased with the way everything turned out. We would definitely recommend them !

  I am very happy with the entire process. Some stores will not do repairs, but Jovial did at a fair price with excellent workmanship. We have a terrific wood burning stove that is 20+ years old, and the stovepipe was falling apart. We made an appointment for an estimate, and the owner showed up (which is a rarity these days for many estimates such as doors and windows). The estimate was fair, and even though my husband had wanted to do the replacement pipe himself, I just wasn't comfortable. Joe measured all the proper clearances, showed the difference between the pipe to be used and the ones from the home improvement stores, and set a time for the work to be done. He followed up via regular mail, since our phone tends to act up! Installation went as planned, no hidden surprises. Another Joe, the installation guy, was careful, neat, and brought everything he needed. We have been using it and it is good as new! If the stove itself eventually needs to be replaced, I will not hesitate to go to Jovial for that, too. Thanks, guys!
