  The team installed a zoning interface on my boiler system that now allows me to control temperatures by zone instead of heating the entire house at once. The installation was straightforward and well explained. I haven’t had enough time yet to measure cost savings, but prior to this upgrade I was heating the entire home at a cost of about $450 per month. I plan to update this review after receiving my first full bill post-installation.

  We recently had a new boiler installed by this HVAC company and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation through installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained our options clearly, answered all our questions, and completed the work on schedule. The installation was clean and well-organized, and everything has been working exactly as promised. It’s clear they take pride in their work and do things the right way. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of boiler or HVAC services.

  The people that I talked to and delt with were friendly a d upfront. Parts had to be ordered and wouldn't be in for 4-5 days. The technician that came, went and got a few space heaters so we would not be totally out of heat. Would we call them again if need be, yes we would. Would we recommend Johnson heating, definitely.

  In August during the hottest weeks of the summer my AC went out, just a few days after Johnsons was out here to complete my yearly maintenance. On the day of the yearly maintenance Bubba told me my AC was not looking great and that I need to be prepared to replace my AC and furnace in the next few months before winter. So I was prepared when only 4 days later my AC would not cool the home. On a Saturday after hours I called and got Johnsons answering service (contracted out, understandably) and the lady was less than helpful. I hung up the call angry (we have a newborn and my house was 88 and rising), and I said "I'll call Monday and just speak to someone who actually works for Johnson's." Just a few hours later(9pm on a Saturday) the GM called me, I was shocked, he reviewed the report with me, told me what probably happened and I was very happy with that. I had an appointment on Monday to get a quote to replace the 20+ year old systems anyway. Not only do I think we got a fair deal, since we had to wait 3 weeks for install they also dropped off a portable AC to help keep the baby's room cool and give me some peace of mind. I would recommend this company over and over again, and its who we will continue to call. We just kicked the heat on over the weekend and it has been great as well. This place is old school customer service!
