    Consider this your warning: this company is nothing more than a scam hiding behind the label of “luxury fireplaces.” What they actually sell is cheap, unreliable junk with a massive price tag. My fireplace has never worked since the day it was delivered, and it’s been sitting useless for over six weeks. After taking my money, they completely disappeared — no support, no solutions, nothing but excuses. This is not a high-end brand, it’s a con job. Don’t get fooled like I did. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the legal headache.

    Not sure why they would sell/ship fireplace that is incomplete but here I sit without a working fireplace? I ordered the FireIn weeks ago only to learn, an hour before installation, that the logs weren't included in the shipment. It'll be a nice Christmas huddled around the cardboard boxes instead of a fire. Santa will probably trip over the boxes and won't be able to deliver any presents after coming to my house. Can't say I'd recommend doing business with them, not sure I understand their "logic" (why ship/sell an incomplete item? It does me no good) Why not tell the customer/dealer when placing the order? Poor experience/customer service (filled out their form, might as well have deleted it).

    This place is terrible. They have bad customer service. The products are terrible. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable. I hope they get some sort of repercussion.

    No one is responsible for anything but sales .. . After that.. it’s all your head ache!! I do not recommend this company due to their lack of follow through and insufficient customer service.. as-well as inadequate product support.
