Our experience with Jerry’s was great. Kimberly was fantastic and helped us narrow down our choices. We ordered a Quadra-Fire Excursion II and, because we already had gas and electric in our fireplace, we were given an installation date of only one week later. The installation could not have been smoother - Jerry is cordial, skilled and efficient. I had already removed the old insert, flue pipe and cap, so total time to a toasty fire was just 2 hours! Our purchase included Jerry’s first-ever installation of the IntelliFire module, which enables smart phone/tablet control and Alexa on/off control. That installation was straight forward and the app worked like a charm. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase and it looks amazing!

Very unprofessional, came out second time and each time his estimate increases . I told him I would think about it and he left with a sour look and didn't say a word. He, Jerry is the owner and the only one who installs inserts, as a result it takes months for him to come.

Beautiful high quality selection of fireplaces and inserts. Very talented professional staff. Jerry owner installer walks you thru every aspect of selecting your new green gas FP. Many models to choose from. Comes to your home to measure and advise rt your home decor. No sales pressure. My FP will be a work of art once installed. Will repost pix then

Horrible, misleading do not trust this business. Rude customer service, the owner so arrogant, condescending, they NEVER return your calls. I understand they could be busy I am sure, but at least acknowledge your call 3 days later, but never. Please do yourself a favor if you are planning to get a gas fireplace installed by considering a place that may have at least some respect.
