This place is Amazing. The young man that boxes up your plants and helps load you out in the parking lot creates the ambiance with his infectious smile and enthusiastic greetings. You’re smiling and in a good mood before you even get into the garden center. The entire staff is top-notch. They could give lessons in customer service and not ever have to sell another plant. I’m not kidding, they are that good. I do want to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who always assist me and my wife. Ben and Brendan, you guys are phenomenal. Thank you for your professionalism, your support and your pleasing personalities. You guys make the drive from Denton worth it every time. Also……they have an amazing plant selection and excellent prices.

I love coming here to add to my plant collection. The staff is great - that's me with one of their crew in a selfie, lol! She's also been caring for the plate of Lithops plants I'm holding, as well as the entire 'succulents' room, altogether. Helped me find the right fertilizers, soil, etc, too. Home decor is, to an extent, available here too. Great store with reasonable pricing.

Pricing a bit high therefore not a five star. I like fair pricing. Sales floor upstairs had better pricing. Wide variety for a home and garden store that has been there nearly 40 years. Everyone was extremely courteous. Good quality products all around. Loads of outdoor fountains. Again the pricing was way of out league. But we got some creative ideas for our home. Fun place for a date. But do buy one item and that will make you feel rich. Been back again. I still agree with my earlier review.

One of the hidden gems in Dallas. Great service, everyone was friendly and available for help. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plans, great selection of decor, candles, all kinds of thing for gift ideas. There’s a whole section for Xmas stuff.

I went today to search for pots, and I'll have to say they have the best selection in the area. They were also having a plant sale, and their plants are still beautiful! It's July 1st, almost, and some nurseries have given up already, and their plants look dead.😵 Jackson's is pricier than other nurseries, but you're paying for good care.
