      Placed an order on Dec 27 for fireplace panels. Was told they would be here in 3 weeks. Now they are telling me it will take 6 weeks. They also do not return phone calls so you need to keep calling them. Absolutely terrible customer service.

      Managers by the name of Norma and Claudia are professional but are fed the wrong info from incompetent technicians. I've had my Fireplace insert down for 21/2 mos from incompetent techs. Techs don't have proper tools and have been loaned my personal tools. Techs don't have knowledge on troubleshooting and disasembly. I've had to give them advice on removing parts. Techs keep informing Norma and Claudia that I have an electrical problem. Electrical has been thoroughly check by electrician. Techs have burned out variable speed switch, thermostat and damage gas valve. Gas insert was working fine for the exception fan wouldn't turn off. Now I don't have a fireplace to turn on and missing damage parts.I am informed I haven't been charged for parts. Now office manager wants to charged me for parts that incompetent Techs destroyed and haven't repaired. Initial tech that caused damage is no longer working for them. I am sure they have a qualified tech but have been dealt the worst.
