  This company, without doing anything to see what the problem was, wanted me to pay them $350 for a diagnostic test to figure out why my thermostat wasn't working. I said no thanks. Paid them their $80 service fee and called another company. This company come out and it turns out, the switch to my Furnance had been turned off and just needed to be turned back on. Had to pay the 2nd company another $80 service fee just to flip a light switch.

  Great service. Moises found the leak in our gas fireplace very quickly. He fixed the problem, cleaned everything up and put everything back how it was found. Friendly, professional, and efficient. We were also notified when he was on the way to our house so we knew when to expect his arrival. Highly recommend using J.R. Bolton!

  We recently used Bolton Fireplace to install new doors for our existing fireplace. Our old doors were very dated, so when our contractor recommended Bolton Fireplace, we gladly followed his advice and visited their impressive showroom. Scott Bolton was wonderful to work with—he walked us through the available options, explained important design considerations, and personally visited our home to take measurements for the custom-made doors. The finished product is amazing. The doors are beautiful, sleek, and far exceed what we thought was possible. We are extremely satisfied and certainly recommend Bolton Fireplace.

  We had an outstanding experience with JR Bolton which included servicing our three gas log fireplaces, a special order (two accessories packages) and then installation of a new ventless system. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable about all areas of the business. The technician who serviced our three fireplaces was polite and did a good job communicating what was wrong with one of them and what are options were. We decided to replace one set of logs and move a set of logs. When we came to the showroom to pick out our new set, we had a very lovely young woman help us and again, very knowledgeable about the products. When the new set came in it was easy to schedule the install. The technician removed the broken set in the living room, then moved an older model set from the family room to the living room and we put the new set in our family room where we spend the most time. Peterson logs are gorgeous! I highly recommend JR Bolton.
