I initially made an appointment online in the evening/night, but Josh called me the next day to reschedule since that time wasn’t available. He showed up on time, did a quick inspection of the chimney and let me know it was clean and it only needed the ashes to be cleaned up before use. He helped remove the existing junk fireplace cover and showed me what to get as a replacement. All free of charge. I will most certainly be calling him for any future fire place inspections/quotes/cleanings. Thank you sir!!!

Couldn’t recommend this service more. Josh (I think that’s his name) came by today, got straight to work and knocked out the chimney cleaning within about 30 minutes. He explained how my specific chimney works, gave suggestions on how to use the fireplace more effectively and even popped out to check the top. Price was fair and I’ll be shooting him a call for maintenance next year. Looking at his other reviews, the only one that isn’t five stars is because they claim he missed their call. That’s insane behavior to leave a 1 star review for a missed call.

These guys showed up on time and did everything in their power to make the the job was done efficiently. They were honest about what needed to be done, the price point was far better than some big box company, and they took full responsibility for every issue (my homes previous owner was a clown) from start to finish. Highly recommend. also note that they do non roof stuff too.

If you need any kind of chimney work done J Miller Contracting is who you should call. Josh and his Team were, professional, on-time, considerate and did fast high quality work that was very affordable. He also took the time to make sure I knew how to get the most of my Fire Place! I will be using J Miller Contracting for all my future fireplace work.
