First time using Ithaca Stove works for our chimney cleaning. Our service tech Matt did an outstanding job cleaning our chimney. He showed up exactly on time, explained what he was doing and why, and answered every question with real expertise. When he finished, the fireplace and surrounding area were spotless—no ash trails, no mess, just clean and safe. Professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Five stars without hesitation.

Needed new cap and cleaning. Matt came in and did an excellent cleaning. He found that the previous cleaners never cleaned one part of my interior pipe and it was caked up pretty bad. My outside pipe is three stories so it was a pretty big climb. Old cap was caked with soot from years of never being cleaned. New cap is awesome. Matt used proper floor covers to protect the floor area around my stove. I give the job an A+. Not taking any points away for price. I know everything has gone up. Price was pretty steep. Will be a repeat customer.

Super excited about getting our new stove and absolutely love it. Service at Ithaca Stove Works was extremely disappointing. It started when asking for clarification on the size of the base, we were told different things by owner, owners wife and then the owner again. When install day came the base was not the right size and we were left scrambling. Stove was installed with leg adjustments at highest level so stove appeared to be floating, not the look we were going for and the draw was very poor. Crew came back out, adjusted the legs and explained why the draw was bad. Draw is extremely poor and the installers flat out lied to my wife. We will never buy a single thing from Ithaca Stove Works again. Pity.
