Bought 3 leather barstools for $1500. A lot of money.....the leather is defective and after less than a year and very little use have started to peel off. I called them to see what we could do and a little over a week later Karen got back to me and said the manufacturer quit making the chairs and there was nothing they could do except give me a number of a leather repair guy. Repair guy messed them up even worse and all the owner Sheree, who was completely rude to me could say was unfortunate how they turned out but they will not refund or replace. They market their furnishings as high end but their product and customer service is anything but.

Ironstone installed a GyroFocus fireplace for my custom home project and I could not be more pleased. Their team was was attentive, eager, & professional throughout the planning, communication, & installation phases. They did everything we asked them to do & the product turned out great.

A combination of furniture and fire places, it is fun to browse, but expensive. They also have a great selection of grills and outdoor fireplaces.

We are looking to spend around $10,000 on three outdoor heaters and the related equipment. We told Ironstone we wanted to purchase locally and asked for assistance with which models to choose and how to arrange them. At first they seemed happy to work with us, but despite numerous calls, messages and emails, we were ignored. Apparently, Ironstone is too busy or not interested in earning our business. All talk. No action. I guess it's better to learn this now rather than after a purchase.

We worked with Karen a year ago on several sofas, chairs and recliners for a Client of mine during a whole house remodel. Karen was very professional, with a nice variety of fabrics and furniture styles.
