Ryan recently serviced our gas fireplace insert. He was very thorough and friendly: he cleaned and vacuumed everything, brushed out corrosion from the battery compartment, cleaned the glass, cleaned the fan, and even added new embers. The fire looks better than when it was new. Reasonably price to boot. I will be calling on Ryan for routine maintenance at regular intervals. Thanks for a great job.

Nothing like honesty! I've been calling around to different chimney companies to get a quote to repair the inside of my chimney. After calling about 7 different places, I called and talked with Ray. After explaining my issue, he advised me to contact a roofer. His honesty was refreshing. As a business owner myself (DoubleTake Auto Spa), we don't try to sell a customer on something they don't need, so many companies will take advantage of consumers but not Intimate Flame. Well earned 5 Star!

Excellent on time service and abilities. Over the years I have had other service providers to service/repair my gas fireplace and it was expensive and after a few months realized they never fixed the problem. Very frustrating. Ryan came out analyzed the issue and repaired it in thirty minutes. Very reasonably priced. Will use them from know on. Very hard to find service like this today. Especially one that works Sunday.
