  My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub from IHT through a Costco promotion and I wanted to share a bit about our experience. We had the pleasure of working with Tracy as our sales rep, and throughout the whole process she has been helpful, communicative, and patient in answering our abundance of questions as new hot tub owners. Kim and the scheduling team have been equally professional, and their proactive communication has been appreciated from start to finish. Antonio and the delivery team blew me away with their ability to safely deliver our tub in a rugged, mountainous setting with plenty of landscaping obstacles. They were in and out in less than an hour, delivered the tub in pristine condition, and provided a helpful orientation that took a lot of the guesswork out of setup. As with any big project, the installation process had its hiccups. The electrician we used (who was on IHT’s list of preferred vendors) was not up to the same high standard as the IHT team. To their credit, IHT stepped in, stayed involved, and went above and beyond to help make sure things were completed safely and correctly. Overall, IHT has been a pleasure to work with and I’d gladly recommend them for anyone considering a hot tub purchase.

  I bought a 400 gallon salt water hot tub from Matt a few weeks ago! I didn’t even plan on buying a new hot tub but Matt discovered my needs and issues I was having with my old hot tub!! He gave me an offer I could refuse and it was the best decision I made. My wife never went in our old chlorine hot tub and with the new salt water tub I can’t get her out of it😂😂😍 the entire team at International Hot Tub was extremely professional and a hug thanks to Matt!! If your going to invest in a new hot tub go see Matt at the store down the street from mile high on Zuni

  Joseph did a great job helping me find the right hot tub for my needs. He was also very helpful with answering questions about covers since my home is in Evergreen and it will get cold. This is the second hot tub I’ve purchased from IHT and recommend them if you need a hot tub!
