  Second time we've had them out to repair (first was 6 years ago) and I'm as pleased now as I was then! Super convenient scheduling process with texts and an easy time change. Our technician Jason was courteous and explained the issue, did a great job cleaning everything out and the fireplace runs perfectly now. Not super cheap but worth every penny, you don't want to mess around with budget when it comes to gas lines and fire. Thanks again folks!

  These guys are awesome!! Melissa was so courteous and friendly on the phone.. She knew how important it was that I got my fireplace working. She called to tell me that there was a tech close by a week before my appointment.. Chris showed up even though it was after six and he had been working all day.. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful… Best service I’ve ever had!!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

  Technician was very knowledgeable and provided a clean service. He explained future maintenance service and possible pitfalls ( i.e. manufacture parts unavailable due to age of the devices ). He was also very flexible.

  ZERO 🌟 Call someone else... don't waste your time with these clowns. I've called and left multiple messages and nobody will return the call. When I finally caught someone answering the phone during their ridiculously short business hours, I began explaining my issue that I'm needing assistance with and before I could finish explaining, they finished explaining the situation for me because they had received my messages, but never called me back. They asked me to text photos of the fireplace and the identification tag to another number they provided and they would contact me to schedule service. No response from my texted photos. Nobody calling to schedule a service call. NO ANYTHING! With this kind of "service" they clearly don't need our deserve customers. This company can't go out of business soon enough. If I could give zero stars...I would.

  It started with wanting to use our fireplace. It was empty and hadn’t been used in 10+ years. Normal wood fires seemed like more work than we wanted, so we looked into our options. We thought of buying and setting it up ourselves, but also looked into what a professional service could do. We found that 1. there were many more fireplace options than we realized 2. there were a LOT of things we would have never known about fireplace installation that were super important for safety; and 3. Innovation Gas Fireplace makes it easy to navigate all of this so you can just relax and enjoy your fireplace. From the very beginning, you can tell they know what they’re doing. They have great customer service and they take the time to understand what you’re looking for and give you options without pressure. We wanted something turnkey, something we can use every night with little maintenance, and bonus if we could turn it on with a remote! We made our pick and then Caleb showed us how to prepare for installation. Then he came to our house and he was amazing! He made sure to protect our floor from any fireplace gunk, wore a mask inside our house, and had it all set up within an hour. He then showed us how to use it and answered every single question we had. When he left, we were at peace knowing that our fireplace was safe. It’s been exactly a week and the fire looks even better than the photos can capture and warms up our house better than our heater in my opinion because it doesn’t feel like a blow dryer is aimed at you. We love spending time in our family room now and are looking forward to Christmas memories by the fire. If you are thinking about doing it yourself, I really recommend you talk to Innovation Gas Fireplace first. You simple cannot beat the value of their service. Enjoy your fireplace and your peace of mind!
