I just want you to know how great the new insert is. The installation crew did an outstanding job. We had an issue with the air control getting stuck but after I inquired about it. Kenny can to our house and checked it out and contacted Regency to arrange for a new unit which was installed and is operation flawlessly. I would recommend Ingelnook to anyone that is looking for wood stoves or inserts. Thanks again for a job well done. Frank

Fired up our new #RegencyFireplace that was installed by the team at Inglenook Fireplace. Kenny and team were very communicative throughout the process. In addition they were very polite and kept a very clean work space. The fireplace is awesome. Took the chill out of the room. Very happy with it. Would highly recommend fireplace and Inglenook.
