I got connected to this company through my Home Warranty insurance. It took about a week to get them to look at my water heater that was not dispensing enough hot water for more than 3 people. When their technician came, he ruled that my water heater needed replacement and the one I was using needed to be disconnected for safety reasons and a report would be sent to the insurance. It took them another one week to send the report, after several calls. Finally, the insurance gave approval for the replacement. Since then they have not reached out to me, despite trying to reach them severally, but getting to voicemail instead. I eventually had to call the insurance company who then tried to reach them. After about 50 minutes they finally succeeded, only to be told that they needed price variation. All the while they left me in the dark. This is not the right way to treat customers. It can be frustrating to be without hot water for such a long time. This is my story, and it is left for the customers to decide what they want.

Called this company on September 21st to request a specific technician that we had worked with a few years back to come out and look at an issue we’re having. was told by Dave that the tech is busy till the following Wednesday and will come to us Thursday of the following week. Comes Thursday’s and even Friday and no tech and no phone call. I kept on calling every day and was given every excuse possible and a promise of a call back that never happens. Today October 9th, stillno tech and Dave keeps telling me that they are running into issues with prior unpaid bills, which he was supposed to fax over but never did. I am just wondering how do this company stay in business and disregards it’s customers to this point? Definitely won’t be using them at all and please take your business elsewhere and save your time!

Service was great, tech came out on short notice and explained everything to me that he was doing and also was very knowledgeable about the model furnace we have.
