Rich was so awesome to work with. Pricing was extremely fair and he made the process so easy. He also answered all the questions I had. My fireplace looks amazing and came just in time. I know turnaround can vary depending on the time of year, but from ordering to installation, it was just over 2 weeks. I couldn’t recommend them enough! My pics show a before and after. I went with the basic lone star and I love it. So cozy!

I could not be happier. I had a very unique fireplace surround (all original 100 year old tile work) plus, I have a very shallow firebox. Ignite Fireplace took the extra time to cut the framing just perfectly to be able to sit BEHIND the tiles and got it installed with great care. What a great experience! This company is top notch in every way. No one matched them in pricing either. You won’t regret using them and I won’t ever regret recommending them!! Thanks Ignite!!!

These guys are great! Very timely and thorough in their install process. I looked at 2 other shops in the valley, but felt way more comfortable with Ignite. Turns out my hunch was correct. The install crew did a very clean job. I'm very happy with the outcome and will recommend them and their products to anyone.

I am so grateful for the responsiveness of this company. When my gas burner fireplace is not working right … it’s always an emergency for me. The service is speedy and cost effective. Exceptional value for money. The issue is quickly diagnosed and rectified. I always feel treated with courtesy and I trust this company. I recommend them to everyone I know and I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere for installation, service and repair. High praise for work well done.

I have a beautiful fireplace which is now actually working thanks to Rich at Ignite Fireplace. He is a pleasure to work with. He returns calls quickly, shows up when he says he will, does an awesome job and charges a fair price. How did I meet him? He was recommended by someone who works with Hearth & Home actually. (shhhh- don't tell!!) . He told me Rich would provide service much faster and much more economically. Which he did. When it comes time to replace my fireplace, Ignite Fireplace will be my 'go to'. I wouldn't even consider working with anyone else. Why? Because Rich fixed an old fireplace (a line which is not even made any more) with a great attitude and a smile. Heath & Home and Bill's Comfort Solutions refused to help. It wasn't a line they carried so they refused to even consider a service call. So....if they aren't worried about making a client happy in the short term, why would I consider working with them in the long term. The answer: I won't. Ignite Fireplace has earned both my business and every referral I can drum up for them. Thanks again, Rich, for making my home warmer and brighter this winter. I appreciate it. Enjoy the season. Barb
