Scheduling the appointment was breeze and an overall Customer Friendly Experience. Communication leading up to the appointment was phenomenal. Tyler came out to sweep and inspect our wood stove chimney pipe, and he was Professional and Courteous. He was Very Informative and kept his Work Area Clean. Matt came out to clean our chimney today and he was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He explained the process as he was cleaning and was showing me things to keep an eye on as he went, which I greatly appreciated. I would 100% recommend Matt and Ignite Knoxville to any of our friends and family. Next season I’m going to have him come back to replace some panels that are becoming worn out. Instead of trying to upsell me on all of the panels, he was honest and let me know that it was unnecessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way with me and I greatly appreciate his honesty.
